Buyer Protection

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can refund it completely free of charge after delivery of the order within 10 calendar days, for local products.

There are some products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

After the refund request has been processed or canceled for any reason, we will initiate a refund process through your chosen payment method or a coupon.

If you do not receive your order on the expected delivery date *, we will offer you a compensation coupon only if the product does not arrive on time due to unusual factors beyond our suppliers.

  1. Login with your email and password to access “My Account”.
  2. Enter the “My Coupons” section in the menu on the left side of our page.

When you shop on our site, from the moment you receive your product, you have 10 calendar days (local products) to request a direct refund with us.

No, at the moment we only accept cards issued by banks in Pakistan.

Shipping & Delivery

In Kuikmart we deliver almost anywhere in Pakistan, however, there are some areas where courier companies do not have coverage. But don’t worry! We may ship your product elsewhere, try a new address or payment method, and finalize your purchase.

Remember that cash-on-delivery is not available nationwide, so if you can’t complete your purchase, try choosing another form of payment. If you need help with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping cost is very easy to know:
